Cummins though has a strong group of players who have performed well consistently for over two to three years. The batting looks solid with David Warner, Steve Smith, Marnus Labuschange, and Usman Khawaja leading the charge. The bowling also has variety and class with Cummins, Nathan Lyon, and Mitchell Starc in it.
On the other hand, Pakistan are coming off a PSL season and would need to quickly adapt to the Test format. Playing at home gives them a massive advantage and they need to capitalize on that.
