The Indian men’s recurve archery team etched their names in history books on Sunday, defeating the mighty South Korea to win the gold medal at the Archery World Cup Stage 1 in Shanghai. The Indian trio of Dhiraj Bommadevara, Tarundeep Rai, and Pravin Jadhav displayed nerves of steel throughout the competition. They faced their arch-rivals, South Korea, who boasted two members of their Tokyo Olympics gold medal-winning team, in the finals.
