Earlier Kane Williamso scored magnificent 59 off just 38 balls. Williamson weaved 50 runs partnership with Glenn Phillips. NewZealand lost both their openers Finn Allen & Devon Conway cheaply. Naseem Shah gave Pakistan breakthrough in very 1st over. The PAK pacer got the wicket of Finn Allen for 12. Haris Rauf sent back Conway for 14.

The second game of the tri-series had seen Pakistan defeat New Zealand. However, in the fourth game, the hosts defeated Pakistan easily by 9 wickets. In that game, the spin combination of Michael Bracewell and Mitchell Santner completely destroyed Pakistan’s batting order.
