[Issue Details]
- Issue
- The game will freeze when dying in the Akinta map.
- Affected Devices
- Android devices that downloaded the 9/22 patch update from the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store
- Methods to Resolve the Issue: (Please follow the steps below only if the above issue occurs)
- Option 1: Delete NEW STATE MOBILE from your device and reinstall the game from the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store.
- Option 2: Go to [Settings > Apps > NEW STATE MOBILE > Storage > Clear data] and open NEW STATE MOBILE.
- We recommend that all Survivors who are affected by this issue delete NEW STATE MOBILE from their devices and re-download the updated version from either the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store.
- Please note that the Settings menus may differ depending on your device.
