Krafton addressed the issue in a recent blog post,
Hello Survivors, We have identified an issue where the collection reward for Phoenix Crate, AR/LMG Token cannot be claimed. The missing rewards will be added and able is claimed after the December Update. This notice will be updated as there is any follow-up regarding this issue. Till then avoid collecting the Token.

New State Mobile December Update-
- Rule Changes in the Early Phases of Battle Royale
- If you die before the end of Blue Zone Phase 2, you can return to the battleground one time without a teammate’s request for redeployment.
- This rule applies to both Solo and Squad mode.
- You will be deployed in a taxi drone, and you can parachute down at any point within the drone’s path.
- If you are redeployed and a teammate has not requested for your redeployment, you will be given the same set of gears that you would receive when you are redeployed via the Green Flare Gun.
- If you die before the end of Blue Zone Phase 2, you can return to the battleground one time without a teammate’s request for redeployment.
- SHOOTING GALLERY Mode Added
- SHOOTING GALLERY mode is a new feature of TRAINING MODE. You must hit as many targets as possible within a given time to earn points.
- There are a total of 3 rounds in the SHOOTING GALLERY mode, and you are given 1 minute for each round.
- Each round features different rule sets and target spawn patterns.
- Get combos when you eliminate another target within 2 seconds after taking down a target and gain bonus points.
- You can enter the game mode after choosing a weapon in the Lobby.
- Players’ rankings are determined by the highest score they achieve.
- Rewards will be given based on your ranking in the SHOOTING GALLERY mode once the season is over.
