Deepak Chahar is in Bangalore for his rehabilation at the NCA as he took timeout and attended the final. In a picture posted on Twitter, Chahar was at the stadium as the post read, “Deepak Chahar spotted at M Chinnaswamy Stadium and the crowd breaks into chants of “CSK, CSK.”
Deepak has been struggling with injuries and was a huge buy in the auctions of the IPL 2022. But consistent troubles with injury saw him sit out for the Chennai Super Kings in the entire IPL season.
Rehabilitations in Bangalore-
“I am bowling four to five overs at one go as per my rehab program right now. My recovery is going pretty well and I think it will take another four to five weeks for me to get match fit,” Chahar told PTI after his rehab session at the NCA.
“It’s a step-by-step process as far as recovery is concerned. I don’t think I will be fit for England T20s. Once I am match fit, I will need to play some club-level games to check my fitness,” Deepak Chahar said he looked very comfortable when he batted for a considerable amount of time.

Targets a return to the Indian team in the West Indies tour-
Deepak Chahar is all set to return to action on the West Indies tour. The pacer who suffered two injuries missed the IPL 2022 and the South Africa series besides the England tour. But he needs another 4-5 weeks to recover completely.
Chahar, who sustained injury during the home series against West Indies in Kolkata should now be ready for the Caribbean challenge. The Rajasthan seamer admitted that it will not be possible for him to get fit by the time India play T20 series against England in the second week of July and will now be working in shifts to book his ticket for the West Indies series.
