Minor League Cricket (MiLC) – Streaming plans & prize money: USA Cricket has announced a major plan for Toyota Minor League Cricket championship. The 2022 edition will be live-streamed on Facebook, YouTube and Willow TV with a 99-camera broadcast plan. Furthermore, the tournament will offer a $350,000 prize purse. Minor League Cricket championship has also roped in Toyota as the title sponsor while Sunoco as the co-presented sponsor for the upcoming season. It will run for eight weeks and consist of 26 teams located in 20 cities. The league is starting on June 25 2022 and concluding on 28 August 2022.

MiLC Streaming Plans: The cricket fans will be able to watch all the matches LIVE on three mediums, namely Facebook, YouTube and Willow TV. There will be at least eight cameras during the premium productions for over 35 regular season matches for MiLC to offer quality coverage of a domestic cricket tournament in the USA. The select premium broadcasts will be televised on Willow TV’s linear channels. This will be for the first time that regular season MiLC coverage will have TV coverage nationwide.

Cricket fans will be able to witness the action of the season’s all matches for free on the MLC Network YouTube channel, Willow TV and Facebook. Every week a select “Match of the Week” will be featured on Facebook’s Cricket Community page.
In the inaugural season of MiLC, the league was streamed on Sling TV and live-streamed on Willow TV.
MiLC Prize Money: For the second season, MiLC announced an increase in the prize money. There has been an increase of 40% in the prize money, compared to the first season in 2021. The total prize money is $350,000 and out of that, the champion team will receive $150,000.

We’re excited to see our 26 teams begin play this weekend and compete for the largest prize in American cricket over 10 weeks of exciting T20 action nationwide.”

MiLC Kit Supplier: EM Cricket is the official kit and merchandise partner of Major League Cricket. As per the deal, EM Cricket will supply kits and team equipment for all the tournaments organized by the MLC in 2022, including the second season of the Toyota Minor Cricket League Championship, presented by Sunoco.
MiLC Sponsors: Toyota is the title sponsor, and Sunoco is the presenting sponsor for the second of Minor Cricket League. Furthermore, Sunoco is the official fuel and convenience of MiLC. Other partners include Willow TV and Cricclubs.
In the inaugural season in 2021, the championship was won by Silicon Valley Strikers in October 2021. The team was captained by Unmukt Chand and they won the final against New Jersey Stallions at Morrisville, North Carolina.
