In a recent edition of the HotBoxing Podcast, which featured Jorge Masvidal, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson gave his approval to engage in bare-knuckle boxing, but on the condition that one specification be met.

In this arena, superstars like Mike Tyson and Conor McGregor have made substantial earnings through both enduring and dishing out brutal punishment. Recently, these knockout champions engaged in an electrifying conversation with DJ Whoo Kid on the podcast “Hotboxin’ with Jorge Masvidal.” During the podcast, Tyson revealed his willingness to step into the world of bare-knuckle fighting, but with one crucial condition.

Under what condition Mike Tyson will enter into Bare Knuckle Realm

Iron Mike Tyson indeed showcased incredible boxing prowess, captivating the world with his knockout power. Over his career spanning many years, he was a dominant force, amassing an impressive record of 50 wins, including 44 by knockout, and 6 losses. Although he initially retired in 2005, his return to the ring in 2020 for an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. created a significant buzz worldwide. Tyson’s impact on the sport and his ability to excite fans remained undiminished.

During his appearance on the “Hotboxin'” episode with Masvidal, the announcement of Belcher facing Roy Nelson for the Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA heavyweight championship was made for an event on October 28 at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson, Mississippi. Given this context, Tyson was also asked about his potential interest in entering the world of Bare Knuckle fighting.

To which he stated, “If they pay me I can do anything if someone pays me.” According to Tyson, he’s open to entering the world of Bare Knuckle fighting, but it appears that his decision would depend on receiving a substantial financial offer. 

Earlier reports revealed that David Feldman, the founder and president of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, made a substantial offer to Mike Tyson. Feldman confirmed to The Ring that they proposed a deal of $20 million along with additional benefits, but Tyson declined the offer. As a result, the direction of Mike Tyson’s future involvement in the sport remains uncertain at this point.
