Cameron Green was sensational in his 67 off 43 balls and he alongside Suryakumar Yadav were taking the game away from Punjab. It was a welcome return to form for SKY as he scored a breath-taking 57 off 26 balls. But they fell at the crunch moment as it was a bridge too far for Tim David who remained unbeaten on 25* off 13 balls. MI ended with 201/6 in 20 overs.
Arshdeep Singh was the pick of the bowlers for Punjab Kings with figures of 4/29 in 4 overs. A wicket for Nathan Ellis who was the impact player and Liam Livingstone who got the wicket of Rohit Sharma. The rest of the bowlers went for runs but held their nerves when it really mattered.
