Before this tournament, the most viewership was gained during the M2 World Championship which was held earlier this year (as it got postponed due to the pandemic). The match series between RRQ Hoshi vs ONIC Philippines broke all past peak viewership records
In the Upper Bracket, the top Indonesian and Filipino teams, RRQ Hoshi and ONIC Philippines faced each other. Fans from both of these countries and also from around the world came online to cheer their favorite teams and view them play against each other. This match series recorded a peak viewership of 3.1 million viewers.
