The Spanish sports magazine Marca has reported that the relationship between PSG and Mbappe is ‘completely broken’ despite the two parties having agreed on fresh terms just weeks before heading into the new season. In what is believed to be exorbitant terms, the World Cup winner was given a say in the managerial selection at the club.
While PSG has hit the ground running, Mbappe has expressed his discontent and is seriously considering an exit in the upcoming January window. The Marca report states that while Mbappe will push for fan exit, PSG are unlikely to entertain any bids from Real Madrid. The bad blood between the two teams exists after Mbappe’s long protracted summer transfer saga.

Not only that, it is believed that Mbappe’s relationship has deteriorated with teammates Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. It is believed that the Frenchman did want to push Neymar out of the club in the summer. However, the parties have steered clear of controversy.
While PSG have closed its doors to Real Madrid, it will entertain an offer from Liverpool should the Premier League club revive its interest. The Reds coach Jurgen Klopp was interested in the World Cup winner during the summer transfer window but the move never materialized.
Having already lost Mane to Bayern Munich, Klopp’s side have struggled this season. The Reds finds themselves at 10th place in the Premier League. Mbappe has previously shown interest in the 2020 Premier League champions and holds Klopp in great admiration.
