KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty’s wedding was a recent topic of conversation with Suniel Shetty. He has stated that the wedding will take place shortly. The actor admitted that he is considering the potential dates because they need to plan everything around Athiya and Rahul’s schedules.

“I know about all the rumours that are around their wedding now and then. And I can tell you that I am looking at it as in the date. With both their schedules and stuff like that, we are figuring out things. Hopefully soon, we will know as to when, where and what will it finally happen,” says Suniel as per Hindustan Times.

The 61-year-old adds, “We are a very close knit family and a small family. We don’t talk too much (before things are finalised). I guess at the right time, one would know”.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, preparations for Suniel’s daughter’s wedding are underway in his Khandala house. KL Rahul is currently in Mumbai for a few days after competing in the T20 World Cup. For his next assignment, the star Indian opener will fly to Bangladesh by December 2.

“January is the month when KL Rahul Athiya will tie the knot. They visited the Khandala bunglow recently. While the exact date has been under wraps, it will definitely be in January the couple is looking forward to a traditional wedding,” the source said, adding, “Soon-to-be bride groom has finalized the outfits they will be wearing on their big day”.

KL Rahul Wedding: What will KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty wear at the wedding?

While the color of the traditional dress code has not been revealed, it is learned that KL and Athiya will wear designer outfits.
The super-cute couple will have a traditional South Indian wedding.
Athiya’s favorite designer is Manish Malhotra, and by the looks of it, the Bollywood Actress is set to don the same for her D-Day.
As far as Rahul is concerned, it is not clear whether he has opted for designer wear.
The couple are set to take their wedding vows in Sunil Shetty’s Khandala Mansion.
The power couple have ditched five-star hotels and instead opted for a cozy homely wedding.
As for now, the date is not finalized, January 2023 is the month that the couple will become husband and wife after dating for three years.

India will be going to Bangladesh to play 2 Tests and three ODIs, Rahul is part of both teams. The series will start on December 4, and end on December 22. After that, there is a break of about one month. Rahul will get married during this window.
