Jude Bellingham has apparently accepted all of the specifics in his deal to join Real Madrid. The England international is said to be “excited” by the project at the La Liga giants. According to Fabrizio Romano, Bellingham’s deal now hinges on Real Madrid’s meeting with Borussia Dortmund in May. The two clubs will discuss the final fee for the player.

Manchester City and Manchester United, who were interested in him, have been dealt a serious blow. Liverpool was also a touted destination, but they dropped out of the race last month after discovering that a transfer would be too expensive.

Jude Bellingham in Real Madrid
It was rumored at the start of the month that Bellingham will be handed a contract for £12 million a year. The length of the deal is anticipated to extend until 2029. The amount Madrid will have to pay for Bellingham was expected to be £124 million, however, the club is seeking to bargain it lower.

According to the report, Madrid will now try to tie up the transfer of his player to Dortmund, and he plans to speak with them this month to determine the final transfer amount. Juni Calafat, the club’s incredibly powerful top scout, wants Mark Bellingham to take the team into a new age and construct a fearsome midfield with Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga. It is said that the two met at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London.
