Dana White’s statement after the incident video went viral
In a different interview with TMZ, UFC boss Dana White discussed his behavior. “Unfortunately, that’s what happened while my wife and I were out on New Year’s Eve on a Saturday night,” White said. “I’m one of the guys, and you’ve heard me say for years that there is never a justification for a guy to touch a woman, and now here I am on TMZ discussing it. I’ve known my wife since we were 12, and we’ve been married for nearly 30 years. We have three children, so we have gone through some tough times together. Although this is a terrible scenario for which I am humiliated, we are currently more worried for our children.”
“We have three children, and since the video appeared, we have undoubtedly shown it to the children. We’re currently more concerned about our family. Most people’s thoughts on this, especially in my case, would be correct. People are going to have opinions on this. Never touch a woman with your hands. We’ve been married for a long time and genuinely love one another. We have been friends since we were very young, and this is just one of those sad circumstances.”
