JiDion Twitch ban: It has been seven months since the infamous JiDion Twitch ban, leading the former Twitch streamer to lose his partner status on the platform. JiDion was handed the ban from the purple platform after he conducted a hate raid against Twitch giant Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys. Although it led to friction immediately, the duo reconciled later on, and have done away with their differences. JiDion reveals his Twitch ban remains unrevoked for “extreme harrassment”
In a recent tweet, JiDion revealed that he had recently been on a call with a Twitch representative trying to get his channel back. However, the streamer also revealed that his attempt had been unsuccessful as Twitch seems to be reluctant to give him his account back, since it was banned for “extreme harrassment.”

He explained that he got an email immediately after the meeting, explaining why he would not get his account back anytime soon.

According to the mail, JiDion’s account would remain suspended since it violated Twitch’s community guidelines. \
Naturally, the streamer’s fans were not pleased with this decision, and claimed that it was unfair of Twitch to arrive at this decision.

The infamous JiDion Twitch ban took place after a hate raid on Pokimane
JiDion was handed a Twitch ban after he conducted a hate raid on Pokimane back on January 12, 2022. The incident took place shortly after Pokimane receievd her first ever Twitch ban. On her return stream, JiDion sent his fans over to her Twitch chat to spam “L+Ratio” in her chat. However, things shortly got out of hand and Pokimane had to abruptly end her livestream early.
This caused huge outrage within the community and the former Twitch partner was handed a 14 day suspension. However, the suspension turned into a permaban shortly after. Pokimane and JiDion met in real life and set aside their differences too. However, Twitch has still not let go of the issue and has refused to revoke JiDion’s account ban so far.
Whether JiDion will ever return to Twitch is yet to be seen. However, currently, things do not seem to look good for the former Twitch partner.
