KKR Released Players List: Finch & Rahane RELEASED

Aaron Finch was roped in by KKR as the replacement for Alex Hales.
The right-handed batter was given the opening slot to make the most of the field restrictions.
However, Finch failed to capitalize on the opportunities he got and has been released.
In five outings, Finch added 86 runs to his profile at an ordinary average of 17.20.
Ajinkya Rahane is one of the most experienced faces in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has also been released by KKR.
The KKR franchise bought Rahane for INR 1 crore during IPL 2021 mega auction.
Just like Finch, he was given a go at the top order, but he too failed to perform for his side.
In seven appearances, the senior batter amassed only 133 runs at a poor average of 19.33 and a strike rate of 103.91.
Alex Hales too has been released by the Kolkata outfits with the player attending to his personal and National team commitments.

With trading in Lockie Ferguson, KKR have their base covered in fast bowling. Pat Cummins is set to

KKR traded Shivam Mavi and brought back the ace-pacer Lockie Ferguson in the squad. Mavi had a decent outing during the IPL 2021, due to which KKR showed faith in him and purchased him at the price of INR 7.25 CR for the last concluded edition. With his ability to bowl at more than 140 km/hr consistently, the franchise was expecting him to chip in by providing breakthroughs during the 2022 edition, but his performance dipped and it showed that the bowler failed to justify his price.

In six matches during the 2022 edition, Mavi bagged only five wickets, while his bowling economy was 10.32, which was one of the worst in the last edition.
