Over the past two years of IPL auctions, we have seen Aryan make his presence felt. However, it was Suhana’s debut appearance during the mega auction. This was also the brother-sister duo’s first public appearance after Aryan was granted bail in late 2021. This time they have also been accompanied by Jhanvi Mehta. She is co-owner Juhi and Jai Mehta’s daughter.

Speaking about the mega auctions, the KKR have purchased Shreyas Iyer for a whopping amount of 12.5 crores. They had to face some fierce competition from Delhi Capitals (DC). However, the KKR think-tank kept raising the paddle and eventfully bagged the player.

- David Warner: Goes to Delhi Capitals for 6.25 CR
- Quinton De Kock: de Kock sold to Lucknow for 6.75 crores. That’s a bit of a steal of a price. Opening batter, left-hander, a wicketkeeper, proven performer. Surprisingly MI did not go big for him.
- Faf Du Plessis: Will CSK get active? No, it is RCB who gets him for 7 CRORE. No AB de Villiers, but his schoolmate will be there.
- Mohammed Shami: Gujarat Titans gets him for 6.25 CR / GREAT BUY. The team coached by Ashish Nehra knows Shami’s utility.
- Shreyas Iyer: KKR gets Iyer for 12.25 Cr / Highest BID of the DAY – Little last-minute fight from GT. KKR HAVE probably sealed their captain too with that bid.
- Trent Boult: Rajasthan Royals gets Boult for 8 Cr
- Kagiso Rabada – 9.25 Cr to Punjab Kings / Delhi slide out at 8 crores, but Punjab take up the baton. Punjab make their second big splash.
- Pat Cummins – KKR for 7.25 CR / Stays with his old franchise at half the price. Still considerable. Just short of a dollar millionaire.
- Ashwin SOLD to Rajasthan Royals for 5 CR
- Shikhar Dhawan is sold to Punjab Kings for 8.25 crore.
