Replying to the tweet, R Jadeja wrote, “It’s not a masterstroke! Just a show off” with a laughing emoji.
MS Dhoni’s Big sacrifice – Dhoni took a massive pay cut of Rs 3 Crore to ensure the team do not lose BIG PLAYER like Ravindra Jadeja. The allrounder was retained for hefty Rs 16 crore while MS Dhoni got paid Rs 12 crore.
R Jadeja tipped to be next CSK captain- Amid all the talks about MS Dhoni’s successor at CSK, former teammate Robin Uthappa has cleared that R Jadeja will be the next Chennai Super Kings skipper.
“He [R Jadeja] is the guy whom they are investing in to be the next captain. He has been terrific as a player. He has done well in Test cricket, we have seen him batting at No. 6 in ODI cricket as well. So I would like to see him take that responsibility. So I think Ravindra Jadeja will take over as captain once MS Dhoni decides not to play,” he added.
