Shaun Marsh had last played an IPL game in 2016. He has been impressive for the BBL franchise Melbourne Renegades with 202 runs in 7 matches comprising a couple of fifties. He comes with an experience of 204 T20s with 6638 runs including 52 half-centuries and 2 centuries. He has also played 71 matches in IPL with 2477 runs at an average of around 40. At 38, teams can gamble him for base price for a couple of seasons.
Mathew Wade
Australia wicket-keeper Mathew Wade will be on the eye of IPL scouts after a game-changing knock in T20 World Cup against Pakistan in the semifinals. He also played impressive knocks in the ongoing Big Bash League where he amassed 318 runs from 12 matches. The 34-year-old has played 168 T20s with over 3300+ runs in the shortest format.
Oshane Thomas
Oshane Thomas has failed to fetch an IPL contract after playing in 4 matches during the 2019 season. He will be eyeing an opportunity in the upcoming IPL 2022 Auction. The pacer comes with 65 wickets from 54 matches. He can do well in the powerplay overs.
Sandeep Lamichhane
Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane has failed to renew his IPL contract after playing with Delhi Capitals in IPL 2018-19. He has scalped 13 wickets from 9 matches at an economy rate of 8.34. Overall, he has taken 152 wickets in 115 T20s at an economy rate of 6.98. He has taken 14 wickets from 14 matches in the ongoing BBL season.
Jason Roy
Jason Roy looked in smashing form as he geared up for his return to T20s. Owing to his aggressive game, the England opener must be on the wishlist of a number of franchises including Ahmedabad & Lucknow. The 31-year-old comes with an experience of 262 T20s with 6842 runs that comprises 46 half-centuries and 4 tons. He has played 13 IPL matches where he has amassed 329 runs which comprises a couple of half-centuries
