“As many as 17 DCPs, 4 DIGSs, 28 ACPs, 51 police inspectors, 268 sub-inspectors, over 5,000 constables, 1,000 home guards and three companies of SRP will be part of the Bandobast in the coming days,” Sanjay Srivastava, Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad city was quoted as saying by The Indian Express.
Amit Shah will be present in Gujarat from 28th May and will take part in various activities of the state. Joining the two ministers will be several VVIPs and Bollywood superstars who will be present for the IPL 2022 finals.

Not just the final, the police security had the responsibility of painting order and discipline in the city during the IPL 2022 Qualifier 2 that took place on Friday.
