Mitchell Marsh, who was signed by the Capitals for a hefty fee of INR 6.50 crores, sustained an injury while representing his country in the bilateral series against Pakistan last month. Their next match is against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Saturday, April 16, and it now seems inevitable that Marsh will miss that game. Besides that, the big money signing could also miss the next two games against Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals. As of now, it looks likely that Marsh will return to the blade in the return leg fixture against Kolkata Knight Riders, on April 28.
