The clip featured the Indian spinner and his wife Dhanashree Verma engaged in a funny video in the Hindi language. No sooner Chahal shared the engaging post, it went viral on social media.

In the reel, Dhanashree offered ‘aloo ke paranthe’ to Chahal, who complained of being unable to see any potatoes in the paranthas. To this, his wife Dhanashree mockingly asks if he can see Kashmir in ‘Kashmiri Pulao’ and Benaras in a ‘Benarasi Sari’. After being totally silenced by the volley of dialogues from his wife, Chahal signed off.
IPL 2021: Yuzvendra Chahal’s performance in Phase 1
The leggie had an off-shore performance with the ball in the first leg of the tournament. In the seven matches he featured for the red brigade, he scalped just four wickets and returned with an economy of 8.26. Fans would be waiting to see Chahal in action in the UAE based second leg of the tournament.

This season, Virat Kohli’s side are third in the standings, having won five of their seven games so far. The Bangalore based franchise have done the hard bit and will hope for a smooth passage into the playoffs and potentially end their title drought when the IPL resumes in UAE.
