After winning the Centurion test, India will play for history in 2nd test at Johanesburg. Virat Kohli’s team can do unthinkable by becoming the 1st team in Indian cricket history to beat South Africa in their own backyard.

As per the current schedule, Virat Kohli’s Team India will play 11 Test matches in 2022 but the number could increase as the BCCI gets clarity on the Covid-19 situation. The other big opportunity is to win in England. As India will play the 5th Test during the tour of July, Virat Kohli will have the opportunity to become one of the few captains to win the Test series. India currently lead 2-1.
For Rohit Sharma, the newly appointed white-ball captain, 2022 will be the most important year. After the T20 World Cup disaster in 2021, India will have a chance to redeem themselves in 2022 in Australia.
