- Umran has been firing on cylinders in terms of the speed and wickets in the IPL 2022. The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) speedster has been noticed by selectors and is all set to get an international call-up.
- Currently, he holds the record for the fastest delivery of the IPL 2022 at 157 kmph and the second-fastest overall in the history of IPL.
- In 12 matches so far, Umran has scalped 18 wickets at an average of 22.06.
- If Umran continues his progress, he could be one of India’s best bowlers with age on his side and working with Dale Steyn in SRH camp will only make him a better player.

- Arshdeep’s economy rate of 7.83 in T20Is makes him a deadly weapon to have in any side.
- Arshdeep has scalped 10 wickets in the IPL so far. But it’s his economy rate and deadly yorkers making him a prime candidate to fill in the shoes of Jasprit Bumrah.
Mohsin Khan –
- The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pacer is playing his first-ever IPL and he has already been knocking on the doors for the upcoming South Africa tour.
- Mohsin has bagged 10 wickets in seven matches of the IPL for the franchise and his ability to use variations makes him special.
- Mohsin can be a good option to have in the team with some of the senior members of the squad likely to be rested.

T Natarajan –
