- India returned to winning ways against South Africa after seven consecutive defeats. India’s bowlers powered the team to a 48-run victory in Vizag.
- But Avesh Khan was the only bowler who was off-colour, conceding 35 runs in 4 overs. India bowled out South Africa for 131 runs.
- Despite his poor performances, Avesh Khan has surprisingly retained his place in the team.
