Virat Kohli has redefined fitness as far as the Indian cricket is concerned. The levels of fitness he has achieved, have now become a professional requirement for any young cricketer. Under his leadership, team India fielding had improved massively. In his previous statement, Kohli has emphasized the importance of fitness not only on field but in life as well.

  • Virat Kohli diet plan also includes the consumption of fresh vegetables. This helps balance his meals, and attain the required portion of vitamins and minerals.
  • Kohli also loves to drink coffee. He consumes about two cups of coffee everyday.
  • He also prefers to stay away from sugary drinks or those with refined sugar content. Gluten is also a big no for him. For healthy carbs, he relies on smoothies, sprouts or salads.
