Virat Kohli, not known to hammer sixes in Test cricket, was determined to get his form back. After an uncharacteristically slow start, he pulled Kagiso Rabada off a short ball. It was Virat Kohli’s first Test six in overseas condition since December 2018.
The last time he hit a six in overseas condition was against Australia in Perth in 2018 when he scored 123.

The six apart, Virat Kohli overtook Rahul Dravid to score second-most runs against South Africa. He has so far scored 651 runs in 7 matches with an average of 53.66 including two centuries and as many half-centuries. Rahul Dravid scored 624 runs in 11 matches. Sachin Tendulkar has scored the most runs against South Africa with 1161 runs in 15 matches.
