Rohit Sharma at the toss in Indore confirmed that Arshdeep Singh was struggling with a back injury and will miss the India vs South Africa 3rd T20I. The left-arm seamer reported a back issue in the build-up to the game and will miss the game as a precaution raising alarm bells in the Indian camp ahead of the T20 World Cup.
