Chasing a target of 260, India did struggle again. Shikhar Dhawan was first to go while Rohit Sharma failed to convert his start. Reece Topley then sent Virat Kohli back to make it three wickets in his first spell and reduce India to 38/3.
India beat England 3rd ODI HIGHLIGHTS: India began a fightback with Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav adding 34 runs. But Craig Overton dismissed Suryakumar to deal India a big blow. But with Hardik Pandya joining Rishabh Pant, India made a comeback.
Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya added 133 runs for the 5th wicket, taking the game away from England. While Hardik did the heavy lifting in the beginning, Pant started off slowly. But the two gathered pace, going after Craig Overton and Ben Stokes. While Hardik Pandya fell to Brydon Carse for 71 off 55, there was no stopping Pant.
Rishabh Pant brought up his maiden ODI century and then on, there was no stopping. He hammered David Willey for five consecutive boundaries to power India to a 5-wicket win.

India beat England 3rd ODI HIGHLIGHTS: Earlier, India bowled out England for 259 but Rohit Sharma won’t be a happy captain. Although Hardik Pandya bagged four wickets and Yuzvendra Chahal bagged 3, India were quite expensive. Jos Buttler hammered 60 while there were contributions from Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, Moeen Ali and David Willey as England posted 259 in 45.5 overs.
India started off well after opting to bowl. Hardik Pandya and Mohammed Siraj rattled England’s top-order. Hardik broke the stand between Jason Roy and Ben Stokes. The two brought up a 54-run stand to frustrate India. But Hardik dismissed Jason Roy, who was batting at 41. Soon, his short ball removed Ben Stokes. Earlier, Mohammed Siraj rattled England in his first over. After sending Jonny Bairstow back with a ripper, he dismissed Joe Root.
Rohit Sharma won a crucial toss in the series-decider and opted to bowl first under overcast conditions. However, the blow for India is Jasprit Bumrah missing out. Mohammed Siraj comes in his place.
