Ben Stokes was appointed as the skipper of the Test squad and new head coach Brendon McCullum prefers an aggressive approach. This high-risk and high-reward aggressive approach by the English side has helped them successfully defeat New Zealand.
However, Rahul Dravid remains unfazed by this approach made by the English side. Dravid believes that India plays positive cricket and that opportunities will be coming to their path in the upcoming game at Edgbaston. India currently leads 2-1 in the series and the fifth test has been rescheduled after a Covid outbreak at the India camp last year in India.

“Any which way they play gives us opportunities, to be honest. We are leading the series 2-1,” he said. “It’s up to us. We’ve to focus on our cricket, not worry too much about what England is doing and the way they are playing. We’ve to focus on what we’ve to do,” Rahul Dravid said at the Press conference.
“To be honest with you, we’ve been a pretty positive side as well. We were second in the World Test Championship cycle last year, this year we find ourselves third in the table, just underneath the top two. We’ve been pretty successful in getting 20 wickets and winning Test matches. That for me is positive cricket as well,” Dravid added.
