After the toss got delayed due to a wet outfield, Kohli and Patel were seen catching up with Maxwell. The trio was seen laughing and talking. Kohli was also seen talking to former India coach Ravi Shastri.
The second T20I between India and Australia will take place at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur. The first match was a high-scoring thriller where Hardik Pandya for India and Cameron Green for Australia shined with the bat and the match ended in the favour of the visitors where they chased down the target in the last over. The Indian team would be all set to reply back with a win tonight and to null the series to take the decider to the final one on Sunday.
Ravi Shastri who is holding the mic for this game stated that a score of 150 should be par on this pitch. Ravi said, “Pretty overcast and it is very humid. This pitch looks tacky. Normally teams winning the toss bat first. With the rain around, teams might want to do otherwise. There is a darkish look to the pitch which suggests that the covers have been on. It is dry as well. It looks two-paced as well. The ball will hold up and turn. The par score is 150, and it shouldn’t change much.”
