The demand for online books is shooting up as the BCCI have opened the sales four weeks prior to the start of the series. The price of tickets for the first T20I start at INR 700 and they go upto INR 15,000. Online tickets can be easily booked without stepping out. Here is the procedure for how to book tickets online.
- Open Paytm app in your smartphone and go to the ticket booking section.
- Click on ‘Event Tickets’ and search for IND vs SL 1st T20 option.
- Open that tab and then click on the ‘Buy Now’ option.
- Select the category of ticket you want to purchase and then pick the seat
- After confirming the seat, fill out your address details for the tickets to be delivered.
- At last, make the payment from your Paytm account to purchase the ticket.
- The ticket’s will be delivered to the mentioned address in a span of two days prior to the match date.
- Regular updates will be received by the buyer via E-mail/SMS.
For offline tickets, cricket fans have to visit ticket booking counters physically with valid ID proofs. The timings to buy tickets offline are not available. As per the latest information timings are not given by stadium officials when to book tickets.
