The three sides are currently gearing up for the 20-over showcase in South Africa next month and there has been plenty of movement at the top of the rankings following the first three matches of that tri-series. India have won both their matches so far and skipper Harmanpreet Kaur and emerging all-rounder Deepti Sharma have been among the strongest performers during those two matches. Kaur hit an unbeaten 56* from just 35 deliveries against the West Indies on Monday in a commanding India victory and the in-form skipper was duly rewarded by jumping three places to 11th overall on the list for T20I batters.
But it was perhaps the efforts of Deepti that caught the eye most, following the 25-year-old’s performances over the first two matches that India participated in at the tri-series. Deepti hit a quickfire 33 and collected impressive figures of 3/30 in a first-up victory over South Africa and then backed that up with a two-wicket haul in the triumph over the West Indies.
Those efforts saw Deepti move up four places to 25th on the T20I bowler rankings, while the right-armer moves up one spot to second and closes in on Australia’s Ash Gardner on the list for T20I all-rounders.
India teammates Sneh Rana (up four places to ninth), Rajeshwari Gayakwad (up 10 spots to 18th) and Radha Yadav (up 12 spots to 28th) make moves up the T20I bowling rankings, while West Indies skipper Hayley Matthews jumps three places to 27th overall on the list for batters.

The biggest mover for South Africa is spinner Nonkululeko Mlaba, who improves four spots to fourth overall and a career-best rating following three scalps through the Proteas’ first two matches of the tri-series. Pace duo Ayabonga Khaka and Marizanne Kapp have also been in good form, with the former jumping four spots to 16th on the T20I bowler rankings and the latter improving five places to 64th on the list for batters.
There was also some movement inside the top 10 of the ODI rankings following the conclusion of the recent three-game series between Australia and Pakistan in Sydney. Left-hander Beth Mooney improves two places to second on the ODI batter rankings, while Australia skipper Meg Lanning also goes up two spots to fifth following an impressive return to international cricket.
Gardner (up seven spots to 13th) and Alana King (up eight places to 32nd) are other Australia players to make their move up the ODI bowler rankings, while a pair of Pakistan stars also improved on the list for batters. Captain Bismah Maroof improves three places to 22nd after compiling 93 runs through the three matches, while Dar jumps three spots to 32nd following a team-high 112 runs against Australia.
