Why Karthik thanking Ashwin? The situation was tight at MCG in Melbourne during India vs Pakistan game. Needing 2 runs to win from two balls, Karthik got out while attempting a sweep shot. Ashwin walked with the 91000 MCG crowd being silenced.
The off-spinner remained calm in the pressure-cooker situation and hit the winning runs. Karthik thanked him for dealing with the tense situation wonderfully.
