Sachin Tendulkar Predicts: When asked who according to him are the favorites to win the T20 World CUP. This is what Sachin has predicted.
‘I would obviously want India to be the champions but my top four would be India, Pakistan, Australia and England’, says Tendulkar
New Zealand are the dark horse as are South Africa… These are the conditions South Africans get to encounter at home in September-October. They are used to such conditions.”
“India has a very good chance. This team is well-balanced and we have the combination to go out and deliver. In fact, I am quite hopeful of our chances and going the full distance”, predicted Tendulkar during the interview.
India Schedule T20 WC: India comes into this tournament on the back of successive T20I series wins against Australia and South Africa at home. India had crashed out of the group stage of the 2021 T20 World Cup held in the UAE.
India has won the T20 World Cup once. They defeated Pakistan in the final of the inaugural edition in Johannesburg in 2007. Team India will be up against arch-rivals Pakistan in their Super 12 Group 2 tournament opener on October 23rd. The Indian team will play five matches during the Super 12 stage.
