India is currently in Brisbane. Men in Blue will take on Australia and New Zealand in official T20 World Cup warm-up games on October 17 and October 19, respectively, at The Gabba. India, the 2007 T20 World Cup champions, is in Group 2 of the T20 World Cup’s Super 12 stage together with Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, and two qualifiers.
On Monday, India will take on Australia in the first practice match at 9:30 AM IST.
Ahead of the warm-up game, Virat Kohli was seen engaged in a fun chitchat with KL Rahul, Arshdeep Singh, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. The animated Kohli also displayed some dance moves and as ever he was looking very enthusiastic, which is a good sign for Indian cricket fans.

The Men in Blue will begin their T20 WC campaign on October 23 at the MCG against their bitter rivals Pakistan. Thereafter, they play on October 27 at the SCG against the first qualifier team, on October 30 at Perth Stadium against South Africa, on November 2 at Adelaide Oval against Bangladesh, and on November 6 (against the second qualifier side at MCG).

Mohammed Siraj and Shardul Thakur will join Ravi Bishnoi and Shreyas Iyer as backups and will travel to Australia shortly.
