The FIH Men’s World Cup 2023 will be played in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela from January 13 to 29. The upcoming edition in India will be the 15th edition of the prestigious hockey event. India will host the Hockey World Cup for the fourth time in history. The country played host to the event in 1982, 2010 and 2018 editions. The 16 teams participating teams have been divided into four groups with India in Pool D alongside England, Spain, and Wales. Bhubaneswar will host 24 matches, including cross-overs, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals, while Rourkela will host 20 matches.
