In the Genshin Impact 2.4 Update, we got a lot of new things including the new Region Enkanomiya and a new event A Study of Potions. The players always get excited when it comes to new events. However this time, it was not so exciting. This new event A Study In Potions has proved to be a lot harder than expected.
Players frustrated due to the difficulty of the Event A Study In Potions
Genshin Impact 2.4 update brought us a whole new region Enkanomiya. And along with that we also got this new event A Study in Potions. In this players need to complete four floors to collect the whole Primogems Reward. Moreover, a few trial characters have also been given to the players to complete these floors.
It may sound like an easy task, however, the real problem occurs when you complete the floor. With each floor complete, the difficulty of other floors will increase. And the characters that a player uses on the floor will go on standby mode. Making them unusable before completing another floor. This means the player can’t rely on one team to complete this.

This problem may not affect the veteran players. However, the new and free-top-play travelers will face a lot of problems as having two teams in the early days of the game can be pretty difficult. That said, This event has been causing a lot of frustration among Genshin players. A lot of players complained about their situation in Reddit comments.
This has made many players ask miHoYo for a new difficulty for this event. That would help the new and free-to-play players to complete these floors and events without relying on the help of the trial characters. In any case, this event has surely annoyed a lot of players. Even if you finish the challenge, getting golden and silver medals is just super difficult. Without super-strong characters like Xiao, Kazuha, or Zhongli, this event is just very strenuous.
