Ganyu is one of the strongest DPS characters. Her attacks deal a lot of Cryo DMG to the enemies and she is undoubtedly a very strong character. Let’s take a look at all her talents.
- Normal and Charged Attack: Ganyu’s Normal and Charged Attack are the main way of dealing DMG with her. She deals tons of DMG with her Charged attack and she is brilliant to attack more than one enemy. Her charged attack has two different stages, the normal charged attack and the frost flake charged shot. The frost flake-charged shot does a lot of DMG and deals AoE DMG along with it.
- Elemental Skill: Trail of the Qilin: Her elemental skill generates a ton of particles and taunts the enemies. This can give you some time to charge your shot and be very useful in various situations. The overall scalings of this skill are not bad either.

Ganyu is a Cryo character and her artifact build can vary a lot depending on her party comp. However, the best general artifact for Ganyu on every team comp is the Wanderers Troupe. This artifact’s 4-set bonus gives a 35% DMG Bonus to Catalyst and Bow Users. And the 2-set bonus increases Elemental Mastery by 80. Other decent sets for Ganyu have 2 set Blizzard Slayer and 2 set Gladiators Finale.
As for the Substats and Main Stats om artifacts you need to focus on Cryo DMG bonus, Crit Rate/Crit DMG, ATK%. Ganyu doesn’t need much ER as all her DMG comes from her Charged attack. However, make sure to get at least 120% ER.

- Venti: Ganyu’s one of the best team members is Venti. He is already having an amazing Burst that deals tons of DMG to enemies. And if you pair up Venti with Ganyu they can deal with a lot of DMG. Overall, any Anemo character would work well with Ganyu. So consider having one Anemo character with Ganyu.
- Xiangling: If you’re going for a Melt Team comp, Xiangling can be the best team member. Her Pyronado continuously applies Pyro to the enemies making her very useful.
- Bennet: The best support ever. Bennet can apply Pyro as well however, he does it a little slower than other characters. However, Benner can act as a DMG Booster and Healer in the team. Making him a very important member.
