NEW CHARACTER TATSUYA: IMPULSIVE HOTHEAD
Tatsuya was a shy and sympathetic boy in his childhood. After his father’s death and the discovery that he was a traitor to the city, Tatsuya and his surviving family faced endless prejudice and discrimination. He became a truant, who hung out with gangs, and fought against other teenagers who dared to speak ill of his family. Rebel Rush: Dashes forward at a rapid speed for 0.2 / 0.2 / 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.3 / 0.3s . Dash replenish time : 175 / 160 / 150 / 140 / 130 / 120s . This skill can be accumulated for up to 2 uses, with a 5-second cooldown between each use.
SKILL BALANCING ADJUSTMENTS
DIMITRI:
Increased the speed of HP recovery: ” Dimitri was designed to enhance the survival capabilities of teammates while engaging in intense combat. Now, it provides more health recovery to the team. Gamers can probably argue that they carried the entire team even when they had been knocked down ; ) ”
Healing Heartbeat: Creates a 3.5m – diameter healing zone. Inside, user and allies recover 3HP / s 5HP / s . When downed, the user and allies can self-recover to get up. Lasts for 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15s . Cooldown 85 / 80 / 75 / 70 / 65 / 60s.
D – BEE:
Increased movement speed and accuracy: ” As you may already know, moving around while firing has low accuracy, and the accuracy boost of Bullet Beats isn’t powerful enough to help you win the battle. So, in this patch, we improved the accuracy and movement speed of Bullet Beats, so that D – Bee could still slay with swag. ”

When firing while moving , movement speed increases by 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 % → 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 / 28 / 30 % , accuracy increases by 20 / 23 / 27 / 32 / 38 / 45 % → 35 / 38 / 42 / 47 / 53 / 60 % .
NAIRI
Increased the durability of Gloo Walls. ” Skyler, Iris, and the new throwable, Gloo Melter – there are now many ways to counter-attack a Gloo Wall. But of course, Nairi will not allow his Ice Iron to be easily destroyed. ”
Ice Iron: Once deployed , Gloo Walls recover 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 / 28 / 30 % – 40 / 42 / 44 / 46 / 48 / 50 % of current durability every 1s . 30 / 31 / 32 / 33 / 34 / 35 % increase in damage when using ARs on Gloo Walls .
MIGUEL:
Increased EP gained when knockdown – ” Crazier risk, crazier return. As you all know, we reworked Miguel’s skills in the previous patch. However, we noticed that the competitive advantage of the skill is still not enough for consecutive combat. Therefore, in this patch, we increased the skill user’s EP boost to even things out. ”
Crazy Slayer:
Gain 30/40/50/60/70/80 → 100/120/140/160/180/200 EP for each knockdown.

LAURA:
Increased accuracy – ” Raise your hand if you often struggle to aim at moving enemies even when scoped in. In this patch, Laura will be a sharper shooter to help you aim and fire at your foes more accurately. ”
Sharp Shooter : Accuracy increases by 18 / 13 / 17 / 22 / 28 / 35 % → 25 / 28 / 32 / 37 / 43 / 50 % while scoped in .
Shirou
Increased the marking range – ” I equipped Damage Delivered, but I still don’t see the attacking enemy’s location ! ‘ – if this was you, worry no more! We adjusted Shirou’s man-marking range to 100m to help you locate your enemies easier. Now just wait for Shirou to deliver your Booyah! ”
Damage Delivered: When a user is hit by the enemy from within 80m → 100m, said the attacker is marked for 6s ( marking only visible to the user ). First shot on marked enemies has 50 / 58 / 67 / 77 / 88 / 100 % additional armor penetration . Cooldown : 25 / 24 / 22 / 19 / 15 / 10s .
