In February this year, the Government of India imposed a ban on Free Fire from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in the country, however, the newly released Max version of the title is still available. Since the game’s ban, Garena has not hosted any esports tournaments in the country. This is the most likely reason why Indian teams were not invited to FFWS Sentosa, and they won’t make a cut in the upcoming event either.
