Spain’s national coach, uploaded to social networks this emotional video to remember his late daughter. In the video he appears riding a bicycle with Lorenzo, a member of his staff.
“Good morning Lorenzín. We have already reached the 14th day of our World Cup camp. Today we are not only playing against Germany, today is also a very special day because little Xana would have turned 13 years old. Love, wherever you are, have a good day, many kisses, we love you!,” said the Asturian in the video posted on his social networks.

Xana tragically passed away in 2019 at the age of nine following a battle with cancer. Enrique stepped down as Spain coach that year for personal reasons, before taking the role again later that year.
Luis Enrique’s other daughter, Sira, also remembered her little sister on Instragam. Sira is known to date Spain footballer Ferran Torres.
“Happy birthday princess, we miss you always,” she wrote in an Instagram story which featured a picture of the two of them together on a paddle board. Another image showed Xana on her own, posing with a smile on the beach.
