However, now reports suggest that Barcelona will not have the Spanish international back in time for the huge game against the German champions. It is claimed that he will not be ready for the trip to Munich and the club are unwilling to risk further injuries by rushing him back into action.
This does come as a big blow to Barcelona and their hopes of winning the do-or-die contest against the Bavarian giants. Without Fati, the onus will be on the likes of Memphis Depay, and the fit-again Ousmane Dembele to step up and deliver the goods at the Allianz Arena.
