VCT Masters Tokyo is the second international tournament of the VCT 2023 season, held after the Pacific, Americas, and EMEA international leagues. All 16 teams that qualified for Masters Tokyo will compete for a share of the $1,000,000 USD prize pool and the chance to qualify for Champions, the final international tournament of the VCT 2023 season.
The tournament will be held from June 11 to 25, 2023 at the TIPSTAR DOME CHIBA in Chiba, Japan. The group stage will be played from June 11 to 17, with the top eight teams advancing to the playoffs. The playoffs will be played from June 18 to 25, with the grand final being a best-of-five series.

- North America: OpTic Gaming, The Guard, and Version1

- Japan: ZETA DIVISION, Northeption, and Crazy Raccoon
- South East Asia: Paper Rex, BOOM Esports, and Team Secret
