  1. First Step: players should visit the official website of the customer support by clicking here.
  2. Second Step: Now, they have to tap on the “Sign in” button as the website will redirect the players to Zendesk. Here, users need to log in through their accounts linked with their Free Fire IDs.
  3. Third Step: Now, Thereafter, they need to click on their profile that will be at the top right-hand corner. There will be three options available. So, they are My Requests, Submit Request and Sign Out.
  4. Fourth Step: So, gamers need to go through with the Submit request and select the game according to their region(In the case of the Indian Server, they need to select Garena Free Fire Max)
  5. Fifth Step: Now, they need to select the type of request and Type of Problem which are Game concerns and Technical issues respectively.
