There are a lot of things to talk about in the latest update but after the release of the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 update, the community started complaining about the XP system. Fortnite Chapter 3 XP: Epic Games announces new XP numbers in Season 3 after community complains
Fortnite Community has been distraught with the Season 3 XP earning methods –
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass has come up with additional content in the game with a tier system. The brand new Battle Pass brings some iconic skins such as Sabina, Darth Vader, and Indiana Jones. To get these iconic skins you need to reach the highest level of the Battle Pass. To rank up tiers, players need to collect the XP which can be collected by completing the challenges and events. Epic Games also increased the required XP number for level up. Now it requires 80000 XP instead of 75000 XP to rank up one-tier.

Each Weekly Challenge gives 15K XP
Each Daily Challenge gives 1K XP
Each Daily Punchcard gives 15K XP
Each Milestone Quest Completion Stage gives 20K XP

Based on the latest update from Epic Games, players will earn double Accolade XP and there is also an additional boost to Supercharged XP. Accolade XP comes from accomplishments in Fortnite and Supercharged XP comes from irregular logins. It is meant for players who cannot play the game regularly and earn daily XP to complete their Battle Pass progression.
