New Zealand posted 329 batting first with Daryl Mitchell scoring his 4th century of the series.
Jonny Bairstow hammered 160 after England were down to 55/6 to take England to 360.
In reply, Tom Blundell scored 88 as New Zealand posted 326, setting a 296-run target for England.
Joe Root (86*), Ollie Pope (82) and Jonny Bairstow’s 44-ball 71 helped England chase the target in 54.2 overs.
The win meant, England blanked New Zealand 3-0 in the Test series.
