“Delhi Capitals opener Prithvi Shaw has been discharged from the hospital where he was being treated for a bout of typhoid. Shaw has returned to the team hotel where he is currently recuperating while being monitored by the DC medical team,” DC said in a statement on Sunday.
Meanwhile, KS Bharat has not been impressive in the chances he has got. Understandably, DC have gone with Sarfaraz Khan for this match. Besides that, Khaleel Ahmed returns from injury to replace Chetan Sakariya.

Middle-order struggle: It’s not just the opening though, DC lack experience in the middle-order as well. With a pace-heavy side, Delhi Capitals have no potent batter for the middle-order. Rishabh Pant has shown promise but his inconsistency meant that Mitchell Marsh needs to play the primary role to take the innings forward.
Rovmann Powell, although impressive on flat wickets, is not great against spin. As the spinners have begun to dominate games thanks to wickets slowing down after over a month of usage, he could struggle.
