Earlier the Brazilian denied all such allegations. He said, “Yes, I was in that place, with more people, enjoying myself. And people who know me know that I love to dance. I was dancing and enjoying myself without invading the space of others.”

Charges were made against the Brazilian veteran on 30th December of 2022 for sexual assault. Alves reportedly went to the Mossos d’Esquadra de Les Corts police station to testify about the charges that have been brought against him.
As per the latest updates, Alves is now scheduled to reach Ciutat de la Justicia in Barcelona. He will now attend a court magistrate hearing which will further determine his situation on the case.
