His attacks were not limited to just the current Manchester United members. He also took digs at Ralf Ragnick and Wayne Rooney. Talking about Ragnick, Cristiano quipped, ‘If you’re not even a coach, how are you going to be the boss of Manchester United? I’d never even heard of him.’

Speaking about his former teammate Rooney, who had criticized Ronaldo’s behavior this season, the number 7 of the Red Devils lashed out saying, “I don’t know why he criticises me so badly… probably because he finished his career and I’m still playing at high level.” He further adds, “I’m not going to say that I’m looking better than him. Which is true.”
